Often just targeting the right muscles and joints in a carefully constructed exercise can make a dramatic difference in your posture and over-all health. Dr. Fryer uses Web Exercises to specify muscle groups that require rehabilitation, stretching and/or core strengthening. After arriving at a diagnosis, he may devise a strategy for maintaining that stature between visits and possibly for life. Each prescription is emailed to you and exercises are shown by way of video demonstration or written text with clear, easy to understand, images.
